This lovely looking Ghanaian melamine plate has traditional Ghanaian names for boys and girls which also double up as the days of the week in the language of Twi. Your child can learn to say the days of the week with this plate in either the masculine or feminine form which is a nice educational way for them to learn around the dinner table along with the family. This childrens plate forms part of the Adinkra range.
All Attahdesigns ceramic and plastic plates are dishwasher friendly; however, constant washing in the dishwasher may result in the plates losing its distinctive colours over time. When cleaning, Attahdesigns recommends cleaning in low temperatures and liquid cleaning products; If you choose to warm your food in microwaves this can also cause damage to both your plates and the microwave and is therefore not recommended; Attahdesigns ceramic plates can be heated gradually to a temperature of up to 100°C but they are not suitable to use for cooking.
